Hi. I'm sorry if this has been already pointed out previously. But I wonder
if there is such pipe mechanisms in IDL so that a lot of C programs can
cooperate with IDL routines smoothly.
Current ways for IDL to call C programs or vise versa seem to heavily depend
on IDL versions, and not very straight forward.
Any comments on that? Thanks a lot.
