I used to have one - but I spent so much time editing out the
East/West German border, re-arranging the eastern European borders,
adding in new countries to the Soviet bloc, etc. etc. :)

I think the CIA World map database keeps fairly up to date and has
a political map in it (at least more up-to-date than I was)
