Apparently this is a known issue, and RSI reports that
programs using object graphics will not run on the VM
under UNIX operating systems. I can't find any information
about this in RSI's web page, but Thomas Brueckner reported
this here on 18 December 2003 in an article entitled
"Object graphics won't work in VM on UNIX platforms".
