I am trying to duplicate the Cassini projection as found at
<http://mathworld.wolfram.com/CassiniProjection.html>.
"map_set, 90, 0,/cyl,centr=90" gets close but how can I get both poles in the
middle? It would seem some combination of limits would work, but I haven't
found one. Thanx
