Thanks again to everybody who provided feedback.

I uploaded version 0.6.2

On some platforms the include files of the ANTLR part of GDL
(gdl/antlr subdirectory) could not be found, due to a missing
preprocessor option. This should now be fixed.
Furthermore a bug with the # and ## operators.

And I noticed that in my hotmail account some messages concerning GDL
were wrongly categorized as spam and automatically deleted.
I changed the settings to not automatically delete spam messages
anymore.
Could therefore anybody who did not get a reply to his email please
send it once more if still relevant.
