The current FAQ in HTML format is at:

The same directory also contains a plain text version (compressed and
uncompressed). The FAQ is normally posted about the 20'th of each
month. Looking at the FAQ I don't see too much on color tables
(there is a little bit). Perhaps somebody would like to contribute
something in that area.
