Does the no_copy keyword have any effect when used in the following
manner:

WIDGET_CONTROL, widget_id, SET_VALUE='generic string', /NO_COPY

If 'generic string' were replaced with a variable, then I know what the
effects are, but what if it's a specified constant, as above? Does using
have any advantage, or any effect at all?
