Very nice.
The response time is *much* improved and the design is clean and useable.
On the surface, a vast improvement.
Two suggestions:
The user forum interface is still a little clunky. Especially the "Body"
text box. It seems to be fixed at like 40 characters by 10 lines.
Also, I know that you want to keep all of your new customers away from the
ummm, weirdoes in this newsgroup but a link on your site or some reference
to comp.lang.idl-pvwave would benefit a lot of them. I see a lot of posts
with 0 replies and I know there are posters/lurkers who can answer these
questions hanging out right here willing to help.
And maybe a bug:
After submitting a response to the user forum I was greeted with a blank
screen. All of the RSI decorations were there but nothing else. It would
be nice to see at least the response and better yet the entire thread with
the response.
