Hello,

I am using the READ procedure to get a variable value from the prompt.

I use it 3 times in my code.

The first time, it works, then on the second time, it does not work any
more.

------------------------------------------------------------ ----
The first time:
rep = ' '
READ, PROMPT='Number of classes to process: ', rep
Nb_class = uint(rep)

The second time:
READ, rep, PROMPT='Shape:'
shape = uint(rep)
------------------------------------------------------------ ----

On the second time, the program keeps running without waiting for the user
to enter a value.

What is wrong ?
