It can be... The transformation is applied to other models or atoms
contained w/in the model regardless of scale. I suppose if you have an atom
who's local/data coordinates are normalized then it would, which brings up
XYZ_COORD_CONV. These keywords, often used to normalize your data, simply
set up another transformation matrix which is carried around within the
atom. So even in the simplest case of 1 atom contained in 1 model there are
two transformations applied to your atom's data when drawn.
