the address is right.

May be there is some trouble between your ISP and this server.

Some others could reach the www address yesterday from different locations.

Could you try again please. If you can't reach it please inform me.

please have a look on map_set
to setup and plot the map.,

Afterwards you could use plot to draw the line at this coordinates.
