I`m trying to get a mesh structure out of cross sectional, sliced MRI
images of a branched blood vessel. I tried to use the ComputeMesh method
of an IDLgrROIGroup, but this method fails, because I have more than one
region lying on the same plane (branched vessel). Is there any other way
to get that mesh structure?
