Julio,
One way to do this is to create a ROI that covers the entire image,
then from the ROI dialog, select File > Output ROIs to ASCII. Click
the Edit Output ASCII Format button. It gives you options for several
pieces of information, including geographic coordinates.

If you want to do this programmatically, check out
ENVI_CONVERT_FILE_COORDINATES.
