David, I just looked on Linux, Solaris, SunOS, and Alpha machines.
They all have essentially the same file (authored by either X
Consortium or OpenGroup), and more importantly the numeric constants
are all the same.

The cursors you want are:
#define XC_arrow 2
#define XC_xterm 152
