How to prevent graphics window getting focus in VMS V6.1? [message #4094]

Greetings:

We recently upgraded to OpenVMS v6.1 (Decwindows-Motif v1.2). My
IDL graphics windows now get input focus, where previously they did not.
If I open a graphics window, move it, or click on it, it gets keyboard focus.
This gets irritating since I then have to click in the terminal window to
obtain focus and then do a wshow to pop the graphics window over the terminal
window.

In the previous version of VMS, I could prevent the IDL graphics windows
from getting focus by having the following in my decw$xdefaults.dat file :

Mwm*enforceKeyFocus: false

This does not appear to work anymore. Changing it to true doesn't do
anything either.

Does anyone have a fix for this problem? Respond here so that others may
find out.
