Folks,

I want to say thanks to the many of you who have sent
e-mails telling me you have enjoyed my Munich stories.
I just wanted to alert you that I have reorganized my
web page a bit to make it easier for me to update these
stories, and to make a couple of other ones available.
(I've added a longer account of my Arctic adventure, but
I still have copious notes for a longer, more serious,
essay I plan to write.)

Now there is one place to access my stories:

http://www.dfanning.com/adventures

And if you are looking for Munich stories, you can find them here:

I'm having a great time here in Garching. Finally becoming a bit
more comfortable with how things work (although I nearly burned
my apartment to the ground yesterday--a development I will
be writing about, probably, if I can gain enough distance from it
and the smoke clears in my apartment).

I always appreciate knowing folks are reading these accounts. :-)

Auf Wiedersehen,

David
