I ain't saying whether IDL or PV-WAVE is better, but even if Greg's comment
was an advertisment (which is debatable), I think personal attacks on someone's
character are far more reprehensible. Lets try to discuss
matters of etiquette (via e-mail hopefully) rationally, since the difference
between commencial and non-commercial use of the net is often a very fine
line (see comp.newprod, comp.sys.next.announce, and probably a few others).

Could the flames please be stopped?
So far this has been a *VERY* high S/N noisegroup, where lots of
questions are promptly answered.
I, and many others, would like this to continue.
Please no more IDL/PV-WAVE flames.
