3-D interpolation of random data? [message #4165] Tue, 09 May 1995 00:00

I have data which are randomly distributed in a 3-D space and need to
interpolate to a regularly spaced 3-D grid so that I can view it with slicer
and/or other volume visualization tools. The TRIANGULATE and TRIGRID
routines appear to provide a means of handling data which are randomly
distributed in 2-D space. Is there an equivalent for 3-D data?
