Hello Everyone,
Our annual IDL Christmas Card for 2004 is available! This year it is
an exploding present! If you have IDL 6.1 the present appears as a
gold metallic box, otherwise it is yellow. You can experiment with the
projectile object's gravity, time step, and velocities to see what
happens. Some of you may even find it useful for your own work!
The code is a little bit long so you can download it from here (look at
the bottom of the page).

Just extract the two files somewhere in the IDL path and type
christmaspresent at the IDL prompt. Feel free to pass it around for
others to enjoy. I am also taking suggestions for next years card
idea...
