Hello,

When executing a code that displays a window, only the active window is
movable.

How to make it possible to move other windows ?

I'm not sure I understand... All the windowing systems I can think of
only allow you to interact with the "active" window since there needs to
be some way to tell the system where you want to send input to.

Are you possibly talking about modal dialogs which will not allow you to
change focus to the parent until you dismiss it?
