Hello:

please tell me if the dataminer doc is enough to trouble-shoot
connectivity.
While i get connected to the db using dialog_dbconnect(), if i try to
create a record set further,
it gives me ODBC syntax error in FROM clause. I am clueless about
this.im stuck. Can anybody suggest something?

You can try the SQL clause in your database environment (say, MySQL,
Oracle) first. Different DB software requires varied syntax, although
they look almost the same.
