Mark,
you raised the same concerns I had and that is why I openly requested the
source code of the new version here. I also sent an e-mail to Oleg without
any response. I have not heard back in any way and I am not sure what to
make of it.
I actually like the DLM version better, so I wanted to try to port the some
of the changes to the old DLM, which is missing the selection of codec by
keyword.
Let me know if you find out more...
