I have a large ascii file with effectively 8000 columns seperated by comma's
and 198 rows. I thought that this would work,

data =fltarr(8000,198)

openr,lun,test_data,/get_lun

readf,lun,data

free_lun,lun


but it returns the wrong values. Any ideas?
