Mitchell -

It used to be possible, and I believe still is possible with the new
version of the FLEX license manager, to get an IDL trial license from RSI
(with all capabilities of the paid-up version), for any length of time
upon which you and your RSI sales rep agree. (But I wouldn't try asking
for much longer than 45 days....)
