Thank you for your reply.
Yes, I have indeed tried to process each file separately and the
program runs just fine. I didn't have the CLOSE and FREE_LUN lines in
my original code but I still got the same error. I thought putting them
in might help.
Do you have any other suggestions?

Have you tried to process each file seperately? If the code can run
successfully each time, there seems no errors should occur. But you
should delete all the CLOSE and FREE_LUN lines in the loop.
