idl hyperhelp on DEC ultrix system [message #4415]

I'm having difficulty getting the idl v4 on-line help working on
a DECstation 5000/200 system running Ultrix v4.4. It gives a
"Segmentation fault" when run with the idlhelp command and
returns nothing when run with the "?" from within idl. On
a DEC Alpha machine, the on-line help facility works as expected.
Is anyone else experiencing problems with this facility on
a DEC ultrix system?
