Hi,

I am relatively new to IDL and running IDL programs in ENVI. I have a
large number (717) AVHRR global mosaic files in HDF format with 12
identical bands that I would like to save as an ENVI standard format. I
have tried several different ENVI commands but both the IDL and ENVI
"help" pages are not as useful as one would hope. Does anyone have (or
know of a website which has) a simple IDL code that can read in an HDF
format with multiple bands and output an ENVI Standard Format??

Thank you in advance for your help!

I think ENVI function CF_DOIT can do this.
