I don't deal much with projections, so this is mostly speculation. But
you'll probably have to create your own projection. Try going to Map
-> Customize Map Projections. Use the Projection Type: "General Vert
Near Side Persp". This will allow you to input the height of the
perspective (sensor).

Alternatively, you could warp your image(s) manually using tie points.
