Hi all,
I know that ENVI experts are pretty sparse in this group, but I'm
desparing (again). I posed this question here some time ago without
success, but maybe someone can help now.
In ENVI version 3.6 the classification "rule image" was changed from
being an array of pixel class membership probabilities to "something
else". That "something else" is described nowhere, save in an RSI Tech
Tip, article No. 1793
http://www.rsinc.com/services/techtip.asp?ttid=1793
by someone that unfortunately doesn't know the difference between a
covariance matrix (Greek Sigma) and a summation symbol! (So you see why
I despair).
Has _anyone_ managed to find out precisely what the numbers mean that
are stored in ENVI rule image arrays?
Many Thanks
Mort Canty
