Hi all

I am overplotting wind vectors on a map projection using partvelvec.pro
but i was wondering if anyone has been able to place a 'legend' on the
map as well? i.e. a vector length of the given size corresponds to a
certain speed. I think i can fake one up just using xyouts and some
'fake vectors' but I'm hoping for a better solution?
