I fixed a bug in the menu code of the idl.el and idl-shell.el versions
I just sent out. This had been fixed previously and then lost. :-(

idl-shell.el version 2.1
idl.el version 1.23

I also put idl-shell-IDL3.el at the above sites. It should be used
with versions of IDL before version 4.

Let me know about bugs.
