My guess:

writeu, 3, lat[0], lon[0], zval, int_e[0], lat[0], lon[0], 0,time_e

should probably be:

writeu, 3, lat[0], lon[0], zval, int_e[0], lat[0], lon[0], 0L
,time_e


(0 -> 0L)
