Years ago, when I was a Student Body President, I participated
in a leadership seminar exercise, whose lessons are still seared
into my memory. The exercise was that five people were to get
together to discuss and solve a particular problem. But four
of the people were taken aside and told to completely ignore
any suggestions or input from the fifth person. The lesson
was to learn what it felt like to be that fifth person.
Sometimes I imagine James must feel like that fifth person,
asking these iTool questions. :-)
I just want you to know, James, that this isn't some cabal
against you. We like you. We really do. It's just that none
of us know a damn thing about iTools, and so far we haven't
found the motivation to spend the six months or more we fear
it will take to learn about them. Please don't take our
silence personally.
I know I don't speak just for myself when I say we are very
interested in your progress and anxiously await a full report
of how you solved these interesting problems. :-)
Cheers,
David

Thanks David.
I appreciate the response. I was beginning to wonder if you guys had
finally had enough of my questions. :o)
I'll, of course, keep sticking with this crazy iTools documentation (or
lack thereof) to figure out these problems. If I figure any of them
out, I'll be sure to let you guys know.
Have fun, everybody.
