I'm trying to resurrect some old code and found a function called
'trimat' in it which is causing the program to crash. I know that
there were some old (v.4 or 3?!) matrix functions that were
dropped/renamed when v. 5 was released but I can't find any references
to 'trimat'. If anyone has any old documentation and can let me know,
I would be much obliged! Even greater kudos if you can tell me what v.
6 function replaced it.

The lines using the function read:
fidx=findgen(9)
horn=(1./fidx+1.))#trimat(n_elements(fidx))

I am assuming that it is trying to create some kind of triangular
matrix, but that's just a guess based on the function name.

Thanks!

The online help has a page listing 'obsolete routines' and when they were obsoleted.
Unfortunately, I didn't see anything about trimat as Andrew already mentioned.
