This page is incredibly useful, but Eric stopped maintaining it in 1999!
I wonder if any enterprising good-willed people reading this list might
consider contacting Eric and taking over its maintenance.

Thanks Brad,

But how do I get this JHU library? All I can see are the headers for
the routines and the location of the full scripts are somewhere that I
cannot connect to.
