What format is your image - or are you processing raw radar data? Is
your data geo-referenced in any way?


If your data are image files at one of the formats supported by IDL, you
may read the image into memory using image_read or similar. Search the
docs for names starting with read.

The Data is a Raw Data from the Radar.. and also to say the Image is a
3D image and i have to read the File into IDl and then Converyt into 2D

I want to Find the Peak of the Mainlobe .. the width of the Mainlobe at

the Half of the Height?
and also the Peak of the Sidelobes that are Present.
