3D segmentation of MRIs [message #4785]

We have associated a set of axial images into idl from a 3D-MRI data set
from the lower leg. We would like to calculate muscle volume from the
serial images. Does anybody know of an IDL routine that will do 3D
segmentation. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
