BCD decoder for WWV IRIG H format signals? [message #47925]

I have a binary data file that records WWV in IRIG H format (don't ask...)

Basically, this is a 32-bit time code word with 23 bits of BCD time-of-year
information. Before I start writing bit-shifting code to unpack this beast,
I wondered if anyone has already done the job in IDL.
