can anybody tell me how use envi4.1 to get sigma nought? [message #48471]

i have some disks contained ERS2 SAR PRI files

i want to use them to derive wind field over the sea.

the first step i must get sigma nought from PRI file,

but when i program in c++, because it's close to the coastline,

the output is not satisfied to me

so i want to use Envi 4.1 to get sigma nought, because i saw it's
capaable to do this in its introduce.

but in envi ,it ask me to input a dems file, how can i get it?
