Hello All

I am wondering which type of image to image registration is implemented
in IDL and/or ENVI. Is there a area based method with sub pixel accuracy
or are there other methods with sub pxiel accuracy available?

After the registration of the images with a high accuracy (1/10 of
pixel?) it is necessary to transform the image (lets say with a
projective transformation). Do you think the re-sampling algorithm
(bilinear or bicubic) does have any influence? For example edges does
not match exactly in registered image because the re-sampling algorithm
move slightly such a edge.
