If anyone out there is running IDL for Windows on a Pentium system under
either Windows 3.1 or Windows NT, I'd be much obliged if they'd run
TIME_TEST and mail me the results. I'm looking at upgrading to a
P120-based PC, and possibly WinNT, and would like to know what kind of
performance I might expect from IDL in this configuration. I know the
topic was discussed a few months ago, but the faster Pentiums are just
now available, so I thought it worth revisiting the question.
Thanks to all in advance. I'll summarize the results for the net.
