Hello,
I was wondering if any of you have any experience running IDL 6.2 with
the new macs under the Rossetta emulator/translator. I understand that
it *can* be done, but how well does it perform in this non-native
enviroment?

Note: I saw there is a newer Intel based release of IDL, but alas,
there is no student version!
