Sorry. Having posted the question I now realise how silly it is. All I
have to do is run XROI on a rebinned image, make the mask and then
rebin the mask back to original size, before applying to the original
image. But if anyone has any solution as to how to get XROI to load
the colour table of one's choice by default that'd be great.
