I'm about to start using AFGL's MODTRAN radiative transfer code, but
as a last desperate attempt to rescue myself from the claws of Fortran
programming, I'm posting here, hoping that a code similar to MODTRAN has been
written in IDL.

Any information on this is very very welcome indeed, thanks
