Hi John,

For PV-WAVE there is a bug report template file called "Bug_report" in
your 4.0 main wave directory. You can use that template to communicate
with us via email or fax. Please note that the email address listed
in the template is out of date. The old address will be forwarded for a
while but you shouldn't depend on it.
