Hello, I need to use IDL in order to draw a Wind Rose instead of
buying a software that will draw it. I will need IDL primitives that will
draw a circle and sector with different radii and different orientations.
If anyone has any information on how to do that, I would really appreciate
a hint. The manuals do not show the existence of a tool for circle nor one
for sector. I appreciate any input thank you
