64-bit Linux support for the IDL_IDLBRIDGE will be supported in IDL
6.4. Additionally, the shared memory support for marshaling data
to/from the external processes has been updated to use POSIX memory (it
had been using SYSV memory on Linux only), in addition to some other
optimizations when marshaling data via GetVar. Thanks, Dick, for your
SHMvsGetVar procedure. It was very helpful.
