Well I hope they aren't abandoning you (or anyone else for that
matter). Migrating from IDL would force me into making choice between
RNum, Narray, NumPy, Numeric or any of the other free array processing
extensions. I wouldn't want to back the wrong horse!

Haje et al,

Now that you mention it, they weren't there, I didn't notice it at the
time but in hindsight. Any ITTVIS folks on the list to comment on this
"abandonment"?
