Hello

After processing file i want save it in TIFF format
so i try use ENVI_OUTPUT_TO_EXTERNAL_FORMAT. it saves file but i can't
open it
i'm search this forum, find CF_DOIT procedure, but it saves only one
band

how save multiband file to TIFF format ?

try using WRITE_TIFF ... this procedure is defined in IDL's help.
