Seems to work as expected. Thanks!

Btw, I'm using it for making SetIntersection multi-dimensional.
Something like this:

IDL> print,a
-1 0 0
1 0 3
1 1 1
1 0 3
IDL> print,b
1 0 3
1 1 2
IDL> print,SetIntersection( a, b, /nd, /indices)
1 3

So this is an intersection in 3D and point 1 and 3 from a are in the
intersection.

Although this might not be a good idea when the points in the
intersection are far from eachother. Any thoughts?
